Individual sessions are available from Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM.  Weekends are available when requested and there is availability.  We are always available on weekends for conferences.

Elite sessions in studio typically last between 30 minutes to an hour, allowing enough time for multiple poses and outfit changes if needed.  For Team shoots that are larger volumes the time will vary. Most large companies will pay for ONE good headshot and we can usually do that in just a few minutes (3-5).  For conferences we shoot extra fast because our goal is to collect data for marketing.  We provide 400-600 free headshots for attendees and then provide the data to the company that hires us.

We do review selections during out Elite Headshot session.  For large teams, we offer instant delivery in private galleries via email minutes after the Headshot session.  You then can make your selections for retouching in a more relaxed atmosphere.  However, final editing may take additional time.

Yes, you can absolutely request specific retouching or editing for your headshots to achieve the desired look. Some common retouching options include:

Once you have made your selections, you can expect to receive your professionally retouched photos within 3-4 days.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation or rescheduling of your photography session. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will receive a full refund of the retainer fee.  72 Hours if Hair and Makeup has been selected.
• If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, we will gladly apply your retainer fee to the rescheduled shoot if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original session time. The rescheduled shoot must occur within 30 days of the original session date.
• In the event of a second cancellation or rescheduling request for the same session, no refund will be provided, and the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Delivery times vary depending on the photographer's workload and editing process. Typically, you can expect to receive your final images with basic edit service within 24 hours.  Fully enhanced retouching is typically 2-3 days but can take up to 5 days.  People that attend the Elite sessions get priority, more detail in the retouching, and a quicker turnaround.
